711 Colorado is a 7-story high-rise residential development in Santa Monica CA. A 100% affordable housing development for seniors, the 56-unit residential development is Type IIIA wood construction from the 3rd-7th floor above a Type IA reinforced concrete podium. I was involved in the project from late design development through to 100% construction documents. Primary milestone tasks included: concrete slab plans from basement to third floor; coordination with mechanical and structural at the podium level; facade maintenance access and planning at the roof level.
