As a junior designer, I assisted the principal architect during the latter stages of construction by providing construction sketches in response to RFIs, recording meeting minutes between the architect/owner/contractor during construction site visits, and maintaining communication between all parties during the construction administration phase. Part of my experience during the CA phase included the resolution of equipment type and location (storm-water catch basin) in accordance with the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety’s updated storm-water service regulations.
