La Jolla Commons is an 11-story class A office tower with two single-story amenity buildings totalling approximately 12,200 GSF. The project includes three levels of below grade parking beneath the office tower with associated site, hardscape, landscape and roadway improvements.
I assisted the team during Construction Administration by responding to RFIs, reviewing product submittals, and producing architectural sketches. Specific tasks included verifying mechanical ducting and fire sprinkler layouts in the subterranean parking, detailing recessed lighting fixtures at interior locations, and reviewing revised floor-ceiling assemblies as well as exterior facade attachment conditions.
