Verde Square is a commercial development located in Austin, TX adjacent to Q2 Stadium—home to Austin’s first professional sports team, Austin Football Club—and is comprised of a 20-story office tower with accompanying high-rise multi-family residential, hotel and retail components (386,0000 SF of office space, 280 multi-family units, 160-key hotel, and 33,900 SF of retail).
As a core project team member, I assisted in the production of 100% Design Development documents and produced plans, elevations, sections, and accompanying details for a broad range of elements on the site. In anticipation of the next phase of construction documentation, a comprehensive review & reconfiguration of the schematic design occurred on a near-weekly basis in close coordination with the owner, contractor and project team.
